Payment
Payment must be received prior to attending an event. Payment may be made by check, purchase order, money order, or by use of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Unless specified in flier or brochure, make checks payable to NMHR-HINT.
Returned Checks
Checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds will result in a $35.00 bad check fee.
Refunds for Attendee Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, full refunds will be made, less a modest administrative fee of $25.00, with 72 hours written notice. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 72 hours of an event or for "no shows".
Substitutions
Unless otherwise stated, substitution for the registered individual may be made with written notice up to three business days prior to the conference.

Liability
The joint sponsors and planners of the HINT ’06 conference are not liable for the acts of any suppliers to this meeting or the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event or during any optional activities. The total amount of liability during the meeting will be limited to a refund of the attendance fee.
Event Cancellation
Unfortunately, conferences are subject to cancellation. In the unlikely event that a function is cancelled, the joint sponsors and planners of the HINT ’06 conference are responsible only for refund of the registration fee and not for transportation or hotel accommodations.

The joint sponsors and planners of the HINT ’06 are not responsible for any presenter's or participant's statements, acts, materials, or omissions.
Taping
The use of audio or video taping devices is not permitted.

Speakers and content are subject to change without notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
